should engage through its lucidity and accessibility, providing the committees and public relations officers of the Council of Europe with communication materials that possess a strong visual identity that will be anchored in the public consciousness.<\/p>\n<p>One of the main goals is to minimise confusion and create an identity that is eminently recognizable, on any media. A good corporate design should simplify communication; enhance the readability of information and the presentation of facts; and generally facilitate the transmission of ideas. It should create smart processes in the daily work of offices and public relations bureaus in all areas of communication and representation.<\/p>\n<p>The Council of Europe\u2019s corporate design should leave an indelible impression in all of its visual and textual communications and internal and external activities. All design parameters should represent the idea of bringing Europeans together. The unity of the corporate identity is a triptych representing the protection of human rights, the protection and vitalisation of democracy and the prevention of the return of barbarism through the rule of law.<\/p>\n<p>The Council of Europe should be known and recognized as the founder of the European idea, as an organisation that fosters economic and political growth, and as a constantly evolving institution.<\/p>\n<p>We developed smart rules to enhance the visibility of any activities in the international context to all target audiences in digital and real space. And we created a visual atmosphere based on the organisation\u2019s founding identity and the notion of a future for all in Europe. Furthermore, the new corporate design should heighten the awareness of this unique and powerful institution in the international public eye.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bbThe Council of Europe, based in Strasbourg (France), now covers virtually the entire European continent, with its 47 member countries.
